Hi Everyone,

We were able to get out a couple hundred rewards to backers this past week. 

We were having a 'quality' issue that was actually traced back to a durability problem with the two Apple Watch Sport models we were testing with and not the adapters at all. The metal was worn inside the locking mechanism slot, causing the adapters and Apple's own bands to slide out on either side. We have since replaced those watches and are seeing much, much better results. We are expecting to quickly ramp up shipping, with 5000 sets coming in at the end of this week! This should allow us to get a substantial number of your rewards out to you.

38mm Sizing Issue

We are aware of this issue and have already been in contact with our manufacturer to resolve this for future batches coming in. We will be reaching out to each backer who was  affected individually to exchange those for you!

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to share some great news with you!

Shipping

We began to ship out Kickstarter rewards this morning! We will continue to fill orders everyday as more units come in to fill. We are still on track with our previous estimates to fill most Aluminum orders by the end of this month and Stainless Steel in late October. 

When we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with details regarding your shipment and tracking number when applicable.

Product Quality Assurance

Quality is our main focus! We have and will continue to test each adapter with their corresponding watch to ensure that each adapter is functioning as expected when it arrives to you! We do this once at our manufacturer and once before we ship to make sure that every unit is finished correctly and will work as expected!

Quick Update: Space Gray Adapters

Hi Everyone!

I apologize for being away for a few days, as we have been super busy with production ramping up! I wanted to share some really quick photos with you of our Space Gray adapters in the Apple Watch Sport. Check them out!

 We will be beginning production on these, as well as the Stainless Steel adapters this week! I will share some additional photos with you tomorrow, including the Stainless Steel.

Watch Bands

There were a few questions regarding watch band shipping, so I wanted to clarify that for everyone. We have all of our watch bands in and we will be shipping them alongside our adapters when we begin shipping, so you will receive them together when your order arrives

Large Shipping Batch

Shipping

I wanted to share a quick update letting you know that we were able to get out roughly 1000 rewards containing both Space Gray and Silver Aluminum adapters this morning. We will also have several hundred going out throughout the week and are expecting another large batch of adapters coming in at the end of this week (around 10/23) to fill many more rewards.

Stainless Steel adapters are currently in production and we are hoping to have those begin to come in within the next 1-2 weeks.

38mm Sizing

As we talked about in the previous updates, we are working to reach out to everyone who received 38mm adapters that were too wide for their watch. If we have not yet reached out to you yet, we will be doing so in the near future as more corrected adapters become available so that we can exchange those for you!
