Moving Forward

Hello Everyone,

We wanted to start off by apologizing for the gap in communications over the past several weeks. We also wanted to offer a detailed picture of where we are along the process and what to expect in the next few weeks.

COMMON QUESTIONS

We’re receiving a lot of common questions from everyone and wanted to offer some honest, transparent answers via a public update to reduce time-consuming duplicate responses:

1) Where did you all go? Have you closed up shop?

  • We most definitely haven’t gone anywhere!! Our team is diligently working to fulfill rewards to backers each and every day (more about this below).

2) Will I ever get my adapters?

  • Yes, 100% YES - ABSOLUTELY! We have been receiving around two batches a week to go out for fulfillment. We realize that it has been a slow process, but as a very small team, we’re working as hard as possible to get your rewards out to you!

3) Why is it taking so long?

  • Unfortunately, we don’t have the capital or manpower to hire Amazon-like fulfillment staff. We work daily on packaging and fulfillment and want nothing more than to get rewards to each and every one of you who filled out a survey. When a batch arrives in, we first test the adapters to insure that they are quality and functioning, package the adapters in the Click branded packaging, and then move to fulfillment. Though companies like Amazon makes it look easy, order fulfillment is a complex process, as we first separate and verify same fulfillment groups, pack each order and check the contents for accuracy, verify that the weight is correct to the generated postage and get a final count. This process takes up to 10 minutes for each order. We have been working to reduce the amount of time each order takes to fulfill. 

4) What is going on with the Adapter Replacement Program?

  • We placed an order for supplies to meet the needs of everyone that opted into the program and are currently expecting the arrival of these adapters. We will be sending out replacements toward the very end of our fulfillment, as we prioritize individuals who have not yet received rewards in the queue.

5) What is going on with Stainless Steel?

  • We have received thousands of Stainless Steel adapters, as many of you have and will be seeing when shipping notifications arrive. We are also awaiting the final batch of these adapters, which is on track for this coming week.

PROGRESS UPDATE

We have been making major headway on the fulfillment front, with just over 1000 shipments going out each week for the past few weeks (averaging for weeks where shipments were higher and weeks where shipments were just under 1000). We are on track to continue meeting our 1000/week for this week and we are expecting to continue this until all rewards are fulfilled. 

We have worked on ways to optimize our packaging and fulfillment processes to increase the number of shipments going out each week in order to contribute to meet the fulfillment demand. In the beginning, we were only getting out 300-500 shipments per week (roughly 4-5 weeks ago) and we are now pushing over 1000 consistently.

STAINLESS STEEL

We have been receiving Stainless Steel adapters from our manufacturer for the past two weeks and starting two weeks ago, we began fulfilling these in bulk (starting with our 42mm Stainless Steel adapters). Moving forward to now, we have three of our four Stainless Steel variants in stock and are actively fulfilling with these (along with all four variants of Aluminum adapters). We are only awaiting the arrival of our remaining stock that is due, as well as the 38mm Black Stainless Steel inventory.

WHERE DOES THIS LEAVE US?

We want to make sure that everyone knows that we have not closed up shop, we aren’t running away, and we will continue to diligently fill rewards until we reach everyone. We are making substantial progress as every new day passes and as we remain on track, we are shooting to have most rewards out by the end of this month (January), with some final batches and replacement shipments heading out at the beginning of February.

Adapter Replacement Program and Shipping

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to share some major updates with you.

Adapter Replacement Program

We are opening an Adapter Replacement Program for backers who are not satisfied with the adapters you received. We will send replacements for adapters that are included in the pledge levels, as well as add-on items that were paid through BackerKit. We will not be replacing any free, stretch-goal rewards through this program. This program is opt-in for individuals who received a shipment or tracking number prior to today, 11/18/15 and will subsidize the cost of the paid adapters and shipping - this is a free of charge replacement and does not require exchange. 

If you would like to partake in this replacement program, please visit www.svnsxt.com/pages/adapter-replacement-program and fill out the accompanying form with your information. This form will be open for two weeks and will close on 12/2/15 at 11:59PM*. 

*Individuals who do not wish to partake in this process or do not fill out the form prior to 12/2/15 at 11:59PM will be considered satisfied.

Shipping

With the introduction of the Adapter Replacement Program, we have temporarily slowed shipping to allow backers time to respond to the opt-in form. We will continue to ship beginning early next week.

Shipping and Stainless Steel

Shipping

We've made large progress on reward shipments for Silver and Space Gray Aluminum adapters. We will continue to make progress on shipments as weekly batches arrive in for fulfillment. We are anticipating fulfillment of 38mm Aluminum adapters over the next two-three weeks.

Stainless Steel

Stainless Steel production is in full swing. We ran into consistency issues with manufacturing that resulted in some modifications to the adapter moulds. This has since been resolved and initial testing shows much better yields. Given the hurdle, we are on track to have Stainless Steel adapter shipping starting in 3 weeks as units arrive in. Large Shipping Batch

Shipping

I wanted to share a quick update letting you know that we were able to get out roughly 1000 rewards containing both Space Gray and Silver Aluminum adapters this morning. We will also have several hundred going out throughout the week and are expecting another large batch of adapters coming in at the end of this week (around 10/23) to fill many more rewards.

Stainless Steel adapters are currently in production and we are hoping to have those begin to come in within the next 1-2 weeks.

38mm Sizing

As we talked about in the previous updates, we are working to reach out to everyone who received 38mm adapters that were too wide for their watch. If we have not yet reached out to you yet, we will be doing so in the near future as more corrected adapters become available so that we can exchange those for you!

Quick Update: Shipping

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to share a quick update with you on this weeks progress!

Shipping

We just sent out another batch of a couple hundred rewards. We are running slightly behind the incoming batches, but we are hoping to be all caught up in the very near future. When your rewards ship out, you will receive and email containing tracking information and other general shipping information.

Support

To ensure that we can get to everyone's requests and questions, we ask that you please email us at [email protected] or hop on our website and send us a support ticket. This makes it much easier for us to track and respond to everyone in a timely manner. While Kickstarter messages work well, it is very hard for us to keep track of everyone's requests and ensure that we get back to them quickly. For anyone who we may have missed responding to via Kickstarter messages, please reach out to us at our email and we would love to assist anyway we can!
