Hi Everyone,
I wanted to share a quick update with you on this weeks progress!
Shipping
We just sent out another batch of a couple hundred rewards. We are running slightly behind the incoming batches, but we are hoping to be all caught up in the very near future. When your rewards ship out, you will receive and email containing tracking information and other general shipping information.
Support
To ensure that we can get to everyone's requests and questions, we ask that you please email us at [email protected] or hop on our website and send us a support ticket. This makes it much easier for us to track and respond to everyone in a timely manner. While Kickstarter messages work well, it is very hard for us to keep track of everyone's requests and ensure that we get back to them quickly. For anyone who we may have missed responding to via Kickstarter messages, please reach out to us at our email and we would love to assist anyway we can!

Quick Shipping Update

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to share a quick update with you as we come into this week.
Shipping
We shipped out several hundred rewards this past weekend. We tried to prioritize international backers in the queue, as we know that international shipping can take some time and we wanted to jump right on getting those out.
We are continuing to ship this week, with another major batch of several thousand rewards coming in later this week. Please keep an eye out for any emails regarding shipping, as you will receive an email with the shipping information when it does go out.
If, for some reason, there is any issue with your shipping address (which we had for a couple backers), we will email you at the email attached to your Kickstarter account to get updated shipping information from you.

Hi Everyone!
I wanted to share some great news with you!
Shipping
We began to ship out Kickstarter rewards this morning! We will continue to fill orders everyday as more units come in to fill. We are still on track with our previous estimates to fill most Aluminum orders by the end of this month and Stainless Steel in late October.
When we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with details regarding your shipment and tracking number when applicable.
Product Quality Assurance
Quality is our main focus! We have and will continue to test each adapter with their corresponding watch to ensure that each adapter is functioning as expected when it arrives to you! We do this once at our manufacturer and once before we ship to make sure that every unit is finished correctly and will work as expected!

Quick Update - Production/Shipping/More Photos!

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to share a quick update with you and answer a few questions that I've seen posted since the last update.
Shipping/Production
We are moving very close to shipping!! Our first batch ships out from our manufacturer this week, keeping us on track to begin shipping right around our September 11-14 dates! We will begin by shipping our 38mm Silver Aluminum adapters (to roughly 750 customers) this coming week (week of the 14th). Following that, the rest of the Aluminum adapters (42mm Silver and all Space Gray) will be shipping out to you for the end of the month. Based on our timeline, we should have almost all Aluminum adapters (90%+) out by the end of September and first week of October.
When we ship, we will be shipping full orders out, including both adapters and watch bands where applicable. This makes it easier for us to ship and ensures that you are receiving everything in your order when you get it.
The molds needed to make all of our Stainless Steel adapters were started last week. Once those are finished, we will be beginning rapid production on all lines of the Stainless Steel adapters. Because the various molds take a few weeks to produce, all Stainless Steel adapters are on track to ship out at the end of October.
Polymer Adapters
Many have been wondering about the status of our polymer adapter offerings, so I wanted to answer many of the questions everyone has. We will not be making any of our adapters in polymer, but rather producing only our two styles of metal adapters. We have decided to do this for two reasons:
1. We are aware that the wait for our products has been longer than anticipated and as early backers, we want to thank you for your understanding and initial support by providing you with better quality products!
2. In testing, we were not completely satisfied with the quality we were finding in ABS Polymer samples that we were working with. We want to make sure that our products are always safely and securely locked into the Apple Watch and we were finding that the material was just not fit for the situation.
So what are we doing?
We will be upgrading all of our polymer rewards with the corresponding higher-quality metal adapter (ex. If you opted for a Polymer adapter matching the Silver Apple Watch Sport you will receive a pair of our Silver Aluminum adapters in the matching size). This includes pledge levels and our stretch goal adapters!
For individuals who opted to upgrade their stretch-goal adapters, we will be sending you an additional pair for your upgrade (matching the size and finish you chose), so you will receive the stretch goal reward and an additional add-on pair!
We apologize for any confusion regarding this, but we feel that this is the best way to resolve the problem and avoid shipping products that do not meet our quality standards.
